An ambitious market leading law firm are looking to add a Venture Builder to their newly formed innovation hub.

This is a brand new position in the firm that will have a significant impact on delivering the innovation strategy whilst helping the firms people get their initiatives and projects off the ground.

What you will be doing

• Support firm-wide change by empowering creativity and introducing practical tools for identifying new venture opportunities.
• Collaborate across groups and regions to evaluate innovative ideas and guide them through incubation stages.
• Ensure governance, manage funding, monitor outcomes, and oversee the launch of new ventures while maintaining integrity and transparency in communication.

Skillset required

• Extensive experience in entrepreneur- and/or intrapreneurship, venture building, and delivering large-scale projects within the technology and/or legal services sectors.
• Strong client-facing skills, including pitching ideas with significant business impact, understanding commercial considerations, and effectively articulating clear visions and plans to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability in influencing stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving innovation and strategic agility to anticipate future trends and create competitive strategies.
