Freshminds has been retained by a PE backed B2B business looking for a General Manager / Chief of Staff for their Ireland operations. You will be working at Group level to drive and executive a change and transformation programme which will reshape the operations and commercial levers of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people going through change
• Diagnose, prioritise and deliver a new way of working for the region
• Instil great commercial instrint in order to grow the business
• Manage a regional team and work closely with senior leadership and PE

Requirements

• Manager level or above from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar
• Ability to deliver a transformation programme and instil new operating procedures
• Experience leading culture change programmes
