Role: Programme Manager - Learning and Enablement
The Role
A client in the global learning and enablement industry is seeking a Programme Manager to join the team for an eight month contract. You will oversee and scale a high impact AI training and enablement programme, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes. You will report into the Training & Enablement function, supporting the rollout of AI-focused initiatives across global markets and enhancing operational efficiency through AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of an AI-focused training and enablement programme, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met
- Build and maintain structured workflows, schedules, reporting mechanisms, and documentation
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular status communications
- Identify program risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, feedback cycles, and programme rollout activities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to support scalability
- Oversee development, readiness, and lifecycle management of AI training content
- Own localisation opt in processes, timelines, quality checks, and market feedback loops
- Conduct content audits, manage content retirement, and maintain documentation including version logs and asset records
- Support content reviews and ensure outputs meet brand and quality standards
- Partner with Content Managers and Training Leads to ensure materials are scalable and globally aligned
- Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, reporting, analysis, and documentation
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation across training operations
- Stay current with AI trends and recommend operational improvements
- Act as a coordination point across internal teams and external partners
- Lead stakeholder calls and deliver clear, structured programme updates
- Build strong relationships with product, content, training, and AI specialists
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme or project management within training, enablement, technology, or similar environments
- Experience managing content workflows and localisation processes
- Hands on confidence using AI tools to improve operational efficiency
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with large-scale digital ecosystems is a plus
