We've partnered with a very exciting early stage technology start-up in the enterprise software space who are seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Lead. The role works closely with their CEO and will involve a hybrid of operational, strategic and analytical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Solving strategic and operational issues and implementing these solutions across the wider business.
• Driving performance management and executing growth strategy initiatives.
• Working closely with senior leadership and various teams across the business to ensure operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2-4 years' experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or within a technology start-up.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, eagerness to get stuck in, high attention to detail and robust organizational ability.
• Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.

Details:

• Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 + Equity
