Role: Engagement Manager - Industrials

A client for a leading consultancy is seeking top tier CDD consultants - Engagement Manager level to join the team. You will support or lead various DD workstreams, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth CDD on Industrial sector targets
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client leadership and investors
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Provide strategic recommendations based on findings

Requirements

• Strong consulting background, ideally from a top-tier firm, Big4, or well-known Boutique Consulting House
• 10+ recent DD projects
• Experience leading strategy projects
• Strong experience in the industrials sector
• German fluency is a MUST.
• Ability to be on-site in Munich.

• Start date: Dependent on Project start dates
• Duration: 2-6 week sprints, with potential for extension
• Day rate: Dependent on level and experience, through GmbH or UG.
• Location: Munich-based projects
