After recently onboarding a senior UK team and recruiting promising graduates, they seek seasoned operations and procurement consultants ready to drive tangible results in a dynamic "start-up" environment at Manager and Senior Manager levels. Despite their size, they've secured blue-chip clients in consumer goods, travel, and energy, with further expansion forecasted for this year.

What we're looking for:

• Proven expertise in supply chain, operational, or procurement consulting (Senior Consultant & Manager-level and above)
• Experience leading workstreams or entire projects, comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for joining a expanding UK team, contributing to both client projects and firm-wide initiatives
