We're working with a fast growing and scaling technology firm that specialises in helping businesses with their board reporting.

You'll be working as a Senior Director, sitting on the senior management team, helping drive both growth in terms of revenue and leading the team of excellent Managers to coach and develop them in their career. You will be working directly with the most senior teams in blue chip businesses to advise them on market issues and how best to deliver their board content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions and improvements for C-Suite and Board meetings
• Manage complex client projects and help coach junior members of the team
• Work directly with C-Suite to advise on their content

Requirements:

• c.10 years experience in strategy consulting or fast-paced industry environment, demonstrating a high trajectory
• Strong project management experience
• A natural curiosity to continuously learn about complex issues
• Track record of coaching and developing line reports
