After two years of significant revenue growth and a big client uptake, 2020 is an opportune time to join the team. Senior Consultant positions are available in both the London and New York offices (must have right to work).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivery of projects

• Day to day point of contact with C-Suite clients of international businesses

• Role model for junior members of the team

Required Experience

• At least 5 years track record of delivering work against time and budget constraints, ideally from within a consultancy

• Confidence with client relationship management

• Commercially minded, can spot opportunities for future business

• Interest or previous experience in psychology, people or talent is helpful
