A European media company are looking at a potential acquisition target, but have identified key issues in their sales process and lack of automation.
They are seeking a consultant with knowledge of sales processes, ideally within media or publishing, to conduct an assessment and make recommendations on changes to be implemented.
- Discovery, research, and information gathering about current sales processes and systems
- Run a couple of workshop sessions with the sales team to gather their experience, input, and ideas
- Make summary recommendations for priorities that need to be changed and updated
- Consultant with proven experience advising on sales process and cycles, and technologies (such as CRM systems)
- Ideally industry experience in media and publishing
- Start date: ASAP
- Project length: 1 week
- Rate: £400 - 500 LTD
