Project Manager - Talent & Development Lead

A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a Talent & Development Lead to design and deliver the full talent experience, from attracting and onboarding great people to enabling their growth and progression. This role owns the strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and career progression linked to reward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition, onboarding, and internal mobility
  • Own the strategy for learning, development, and career progression frameworks
  • Align skills, learning, and reward with business goals
  • Evolve Level Up Leaders into a tiered enablement framework for the whole team
  • Use data and tech to inform and improve talent programmes

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in designing and delivering talent programmes across the employee lifecycle
  • Skilled in learning design, career frameworks, and performance enablement
  • Strong communicator with a creative, improvement-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders

 

Role Details:

  • Reports into: Head of People
  • Start: November
  • Salary: £50 - 60k depending on experience and impact
  • Duration: 6 months (likely to extend)
  • Location: Remote, hybrid optional
