A boutique consultancy with a focus on people, talent, and performance is looking to grow the senior level of its team.

They use a blend of psychology and technology, then pair it with a host of industry knowledge, to help business better understand their teams and maximise the performance of their talent.

The company have had a significant increase of client work come in so are keen to find a capable and credible Operating Partner to run the delivery of these projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a team, taking responsibility over the team’s delivery, but also mentoring and coaching junior members

• Responsibility over margins and client contracts

• Visionary meetings with clients over future of accounts and scoping out projects

Previous Experience

• Proven track record of running a team and taking responsibility over delivery and margins, ideally from a consultancy. Additionally helpful if from within talent, people or change

• Highly detail orientated, with a passion for process and systems

• Excited to get involved with the business internally, especially as it enters a period of growth
