A leading technology consultancy are in the process of migrating their data from one CRM system to HubSpot and they are seeking a CRM Data Migration Analyst to support throughout this process and their 60-day implementation phase.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively read articles and watch videos meticulously and replicate the steps outlined to ensure the smooth transition
• Outline and configure relevant workflows within the current platform by following documentation and guides provided to you
• Work closely with marketing teams, as well as the Head of Commercial Operations, to complete the CRM migration process – handing over processes as necessary and keeping them updated throughout

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant analytical commercial experience
• Diligent, resourceful and exceptional organisation skills
• Strong project management capabilities – must be able to work autonomously, adapting to a fast-paced environment and support with multiple tasks at once
• Previous experience supporting a business with their CRM migration – will need to understand this process as well as fundamentals, such as what a data field and workflow is, and how they operate

• Start date: ASAP
• Day rate: £170 - £200 PAYE (dependent on experience)
• Duration: 8 weeks, you will be supporting on a part time basis and for 2-3 days p/week
