A digital gaming company are looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join their Corporate Strategy team to support with investments and M&A activity.

In this role you will directly report into the Head of Corporate Development on new investment opportunities from early research through to integration. You will work with and support Boards and founding members.

This opportunity offers a high impact role, with periods of high intensity within a friendly and relaxed working environment.

Responsibilities

• Researching the gaming and mobile markets to provide insight for growth opportunities and informing investment strategies

• Identifying and executing investment opportunities with end to end exposure of the investment process from due diligence to post-transaction integration

• Working cross functionally across the business and collaborating with external companies and investors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking

• Experience in B2C/ Entertainment/ Technology/ Media

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Dedicated and self motivated
