Freshminds is working with a boutique consulting firm in the people & change space that is looking to bolster out its junior ranks with a new Consultant hire.

The firm is a well-established player that supports large, global businesses on a range of projects across culture change, post-merger integration and strategy development to name a few.

With a distinctly creative, sometimes quirky, culture and approach to work, our client continues to set themselves apart from others in the field, providing an excellent alternative to a large, corporate consulting firm.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4 years’ experience within a management consulting firm
• A clear, demonstrable interest in people and culture change, and an understanding of consulting projects in this space
• Outstanding inter-personal skills – this is a junior role, but you’ll be working with senior clients. A little gravitas is a must!
• Great data skills – you need to be confident using Excel in a professional setting and handling large amounts of client data
