Freshminds are working with a NYSE-listed entertainment business who are searching for a Chief of Staff to support a highly impressive CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities

- Leading Internal Communications and a Centralised Strategy Function within the business

- Be the CEO and leadership team 'go to' for ad-hoc strategic requirements, intellectual sparring, and providing a sounding board for ideas and future initiatives

- Hold individuals and teams accountable, setting expectations and facilitating clear lines of communication

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years experience with a top consulting firm followed by relevant experience within a leading tech focused business

- Experience within a fast paced organisation, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change

- Strong people management skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
