Freshminds is working with a leading technology investment bank in London that is looking to bolster its Associate ranks on the back of an incredibly busy start to the 2021.

The team work on a range of deals across M&A and fundraising, acting as strategic advisors to some of the world's most exciting technology businesses, and working with leading private equity and venture capital firms.

As well as offering the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile technology deals in Europe, the firm boasts an excellent culture and highly approachable senior management team.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years' experience within investment banking, or with Transaction Services at a Big 4 accounting firm

• 1 st class or 2.1 degree from a leading global university

• A demonstrable passion for and interest in technology, as well as the desire to forge a career within technology investment banking. Whilst technology sector experience is desirable, this is not necessarily a must

• Outstanding accounting and financial statement analysis skills
