Building Diverse, Inclusive and Creative Consulting Teams

Fostering a diverse, inclusive and equal workplace is now high on board room agendas across the industry spectrum. As well as the obvious and crucial point around fairness - it’s also long been recognised that diverse teams perform better.

In this latest webinar, we were joined by Kate Glazebrook, Co-Founder and Chair of Applied, a platform that has redesigned the hiring process to remove bias. Drawing on Kate's years of experience in behavioural science and social policy, as well as some recent research from Applied, we discuss factors of building diverse consulting teams.
