A leading workplace and real estate consultancy is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Program Administrator to support two high-profile global initiatives for one of their key clients. This role will act as the operational anchor for both programs, playing a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting reporting cycles, and enabling strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update a global database tracking the client's real estate and lease portfolio
  • Coordinate data collection from internal teams and external partners
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for the client's partner engagement programs related to global real estate and workplace strategy
  • Ensure the ongoing accuracy and completeness of the GST database
  • Prepare summaries and data insights tailored to stakeholder requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in program administration, project support, or data coordination
  • Experience working with GST database
  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy
  • Clear written communication skills, particularly in reporting and research
  • Familiarity with database tools and platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar
  • An interest in real estate, workplace strategy, or consulting (prior experience in these areas is a plus)

Details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 1 month to start, likely to extend to 15 months
  • Annual salary: Up to $100,000 Fixed-Term Contract, pro-rated
  • Location: USA, East Coast preferred
