Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Learning and AI Consultant to support a global consulting client as they embark on a significant transformation of their learning ecosystem. This is a growth-focused role, helping to shape and launch new learning tools that may evolve into a scalable solution.
In this role, you will co-lead innovation efforts alongside the Creative Lead to deliver human-centered tools and experiences that differentiate the client's approach in the market. You’ll be responsible for translating emerging technologies - particularly AI - into practical, scalable, and creative learning solutions that empower teams, enhance learning experiences, and drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and integrating AI-enhanced tools into learning products.
- Embedding innovation through LMS, SCORM, LXP and authoring tool strategy.
- Maintaining and evolving the AI Tools.
- Co-leading Hackathons with internal and external tech stakeholders.
- Coaching and upskilling colleagues on the use of emerging digital tools and AI applications.
- Partnering with the Creative Solutions Lead to bring to life scalable, AI-enabled programs.
- Tracking usage, feedback and performance of tools to iterate and improve.
- Proactively scouting, experimenting with, and operationalising new platforms, AI features, and digital learning tools.
Must Haves:
- Digital learning design and delivery expertise
- Proficiency in LMSs, LXPs, SCORM, and learning authoring tools (e.g. Rise, Articulate, Synthesia, Genially)
- Experience creating IT strategies, GTM Strategies, Tool strategies, or Product Launch Strategies within the LMS Space.
- Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Synthesia, D-ID)
- Strong prototyping and experimentation mindset
- Ability to coach, influence, and explain technical concepts simply
- Comfort with no-code/low-code tools, automation platforms, and APIs
- Strong project ownership and full project lifecycle experience
- Ability to balance innovation with operational delivery
