We are seeking an experienced Consultant to lead an IT Cost Reduction workstream as part of a strategic transformation initiative.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in driving cost reduction initiatives within IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Cost Reduction workstream, ensuring delivery of agreed savings targets.
• Analyse current IT spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align on priorities and implement cost optimisation strategies.
• Provide governance and reporting on progress, risks, and benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable cost reduction measures.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading IT cost reduction or IT optimization projects.
• Strong background in management consulting (experience from a reputable consultancy house is essential).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
