Commercial Strategy Consultant - Healthcare

A client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Commercial Strategy Consultant to join the team for a four-week project.

 

You will lead the development of a go-to-market strategy focused on referral-based patient acquisition, reporting to senior stakeholders across medical, marketing, and commercial functions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyse referral channels and estimate market size and referral volumes within a defined geographic area
  • Assess cost of patient acquisition across different referral routes
  • Identify key decision factors influencing referral behaviour
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and desk research to inform strategy

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in commercial strategy within healthcare space
  • Industry experience in fertility services is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience conducting interviews and synthesising insights into actionable outputs

  • Day rate: Up to £1,000Ltd depending on experience
