A leading consulting firm that supports businesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries is seeking top-tier Consultants up to Engagement Manager level to deliver a number of upcoming commercial due diligence pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of the CDD for the client, ensuring all objectives are met.
• In-depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
• Conduct market sizing and financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience from top-tier Consultancies (MBB ideally)
• Minimum 10 DDs across: Private Capital, Financial Services, Asset/Wealth Management, Value Creation, Tech and Software.
