A boutique consultancy specialising in business transformation are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager to join their growing team.

In this position you will manage the delivery of consulting projects, working with the C-Suite executives of FSTE 100/250 companies to execute large scale transformation across the business. Offering a flat structure, you will help build the business and be a crucial part of setting the business culture, identifying opportunities and using your expert knowledge to further establish internal capabilities and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from design through to execution
• Directly communicating with C-Suite executives and managing client relationships
• Managing teams, supporting career development and coaching other internally
• Generate and identifying new business opportunities
• Using expert knowledge to develop thought leadership and establish best practice

Experience

• c.8-10yrs consulting experience in business/organisational transformation
• Experience designing and delivering all phases of business transformation project
• Experience managing teams and supporting career development of others
• Strong numerical/analytical skills
• Track record of building trust and relationships on projects and delivering business transformation projects to a high standard
• Experience and thrive working in a less structured/ agile working environment
• Comfortable in ambiguity
• Resilient and driven

Details

• Location: London + some international travel
• Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
