A global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products is seeking a senior analyst, to join their global customer insights team.

You will be responsible for conducting deep dive analysis on customers and their purchase behaviours in order to build recommendations on how to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Designing the targeted data extracts, manipulations and summarisations required to answer key customer data questions.
  • Sourcing and applying the best technical methodology and approach, for the job at hand.
  • Proposing when and where we may benefit from using Data Science or set up more automated reporting in order to give us a more confident, or efficient and repeatable answer to key questions.
  • Providing support and guidance to other analysts and consultants within the team, both technically and from an insight-to-action perspective.
  • Ability to design and recommend different types of analytical approaches, in the pursuit of more confident recommendations. 
  • Work with a variety of audiences to distil outputs into easy-to-understand, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years’ Data Analyst experience, ideally with experience of analysing Customer transactional-level data.
  • Experience in retail is ideal.
  •  Experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, recipe-based solutions like Dataiku).
  • Fully Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication & partnership skills.
  • Ability to communicate actionable insights and turn complex analysis into meaningful, compelling recommendations and distilled, simplified, memorable stories.
  • Aptitude for mentoring wider teams to upskill them, technically.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

 Details

  • 12-month FTC.
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in central London office
  • Salary: 60k-70k based on experience
