About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a short-term engagement focused on delivering a comprehensive recommendation report for a Knowledge Management System (KMS). The client is a business management consultancy, and this role will involve managing the end-to-end process of evaluating, selecting, and recommending the most suitable KMS solutions, including gathering requirements from key stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

RFP Management:

• Develop and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for potential KMS vendors.
• Coordinate responses and evaluate proposals against defined criteria.

System Evaluation & Recommendation:

• Research and assess KMS platforms to identify the best fit for the client's needs.
• Deliver a detailed recommendation report outlining shortlisted systems and rationale.

AI Integration Strategy:

• Explore AI capabilities and tools that can enhance knowledge management.
• Define potential AI-driven solutions and how they can be integrated into workflows.

Systems Integration:

• Assess integration requirements with the client's core systems: HubSpot, C-Map, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide a roadmap for seamless integration.

Information Architecture: 

• Develop a categorisation framework for organising and managing information within the KMS.
• Ensure scalability and ease of retrieval for future use.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on technology or knowledge management projects.
• Strong understanding of RFP processes and vendor evaluation.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems, AI tools, and information architecture.
• Experience integrating systems such as HubSpot, C-map, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Consultancy exposure or understanding across proposal processes from a consultancy lense.
