A global learning consultancy is undergoing a period of rapid growth following a record-breaking first half of the year. They are seeking experienced Project Managers to support both client-facing programmes and internal operations on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The consultancy specialises in delivering innovative learning experiences, working with international brands to roll out training, enablement, and digital transformation initiatives. They are now hiring across several teams to manage high-impact programmes in EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of training and enablement programmes across multiple region
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders
• Turn new ideas into scalable, repeatable programme models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across content, design, and delivery

   

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for learning, innovation, and digital transformation

Duration: 6 months (FTC) with possibility of extension 

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Location: Remote-first, occasional travel to London
