Role: Programme Director (Business Change)

Contract Length: 12 Months ~ potential to extend

Location: Remote with AdHoc Travel to London and Leatherhead.

 

We are currently partnered with a PE backed, financial services organisation who are embarking on a large change transformation programme. Our client is looking for a Programme Director (Business Change) to join the team on an initial 12 Month contract.

 

The programme is currently under an NDA however the workstreams relevant to this position are;

  • Rebrand.
  • Office Relocation.
  • Move to Agile WoW.

 

Responsibilities

  • Bridge the relocation and rebranding workstreams
  • Reporting into the Exec Team.
  • Support co-ordination of the programme for successful delivery
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage communications
  • Lead impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Lead and manage across risk and issues, and governance. 
  • Design and deliver change interventions (training, workshops, materials)

 

Essential

  • Proven experience in change management for office relocations/ office moves/ office set ups and close downs.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to report into and build relationships with the executive and senior management teams.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
  • Ability to tackle change resistance.
  • Ability to foresee issues and risks to the project lifecycle and delivery.

 

Desirable

  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Branding or Rebranding knowledge and experience.
  • Change communication exposure.
