Programme Director - Product Transformation

Location: Hybrid (Central London)

Salary: Up to £150,000 per annum

Duration: 2 years (potential to extend)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead a flagship transformation initiative for one of our PE Backed Financial Services clients. This programme will shift the organisation from traditional delivery models to a modern, agile, product-centric approach-spanning people, processes, and technology. You'll drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable adoption.

What You'll Do

Own programme delivery: roadmap, governance, milestones, and benefits realisation.

Lead multiple workstreams (Target Operating Model, Technology Modernisation, Supplier Transition).

Engage senior stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting.

Embed cultural and behavioural change in partnership with Enablement leadership.

Ensure compliance, risk management, and quality assurance throughout.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in regulated environments.

Experience leading an end to end product transformation.

Experience leading a move to Agile ways of working.

Strong background in operating model change, technology modernisation, and supplier transition .

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.

Excellent communication, at all levels, including ability to report into and communicate with exec level stakeholders.

Certifications such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
