A fast-growing safety tech solutions start up is looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to work closely with the Head of Operations on projects spanning corporate strategy, transformation, customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a variety of special and strategic projects to support business goals
• Defining KPIs for various departments, tracking and driving their progress
• Translating senior management's strategic priorities into actionable and measurable plans
• Driving operational excellence and efficiency initiatives for the team

You will have:

• A background in a consulting firm
• Proven experience leading and delivering operational excellence
• Strong project management experience - preferably in a start-up environment

• Salary: up to £80,000 FTC dependent on experience
