An ambitious market leading law firm are looking to add a Lead Venture Builder to their newly formed innovation hub to launch exciting new propositions into the legal tech space.

This is a brand new position in the firm that will have a significant impact on delivering the innovation strategy whilst helping the firm's people get their initiatives and projects off the ground.

What you will be doing

• Lead the incubator team, ensuring skillset alignment, high engagement, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate across practice groups and regions to evaluate innovative ideas and develop viable business concepts.
• Manage support, funding, and governance for selected projects, ensuring alignment with predicted value and flexibility for iteration.

Required skillset

• 8-10 years experience in entrepreneur- and/or intrapreneurship, venture building, or consulting with experience of delivering large-scale projects within complex matrix structures.
• Previous team management experience within client-facing roles, and influencing stakeholders to support significant business decisions.
• Strong skills in client engagement, strategic thinking, innovation management, and organisational agility, with a track record of driving results and influencing outcomes.
