A leading challenger bank going through exponential growth are looking for their next Head of Growth to focus on KPI frameworks and organisational processes.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing KPI frameworks and organisational processes across different products and the wider company
• Working across the company to drive growth across all products
• As part of this role, you will be working with a range of stakeholders which include senior leadership and product owners

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience across top-tier management consultancy and an in-house strategy role with a fast growth company
• You will bring a robust ability to think strategically
• Very strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
