Our client provides private equity firms, hedge funds and strategy consultants with the information that they need to understand the value of their investment opportunities.

Every month, they receive thousands of requests from clients, who trust them to deliver on their most complex information needs. They do this by mapping the market and identifying experts across all industries through recruitment resourcing, reaching out to these experts and arranging a call with the end client. These experts could be ex-partners of top tier strategy firms and the likes of the big four.

They have been running a pilot project in the US where they bring in interim researchers to facilitate lead generation of industry

The research works with the internal consultant who takes over in closing and arranging the expert to share specific knowledge with the client in question. From this the client will have valuable knowledge to assess investments. Due to the success of this they are now looking to run the same pilot project in the UK.

Each client request is aimed to turn around in a minimum of 24 hours and the Researchers can expect to work on up to a max of 12 projects at one time. There is a Team Lead to manage capacity and delegate projects. There will be brief training given at the beginning of the project.

Responsibilities

• Reading client briefs and speaking with project managers to get instructions using Swedish language

• Breaking down industry value chain and identifying relevant titles of experts

• Setting a research strategy and identifying relevant tools to use

• Sending initial outreach email to senior industry experts in English and Swedish to convince them to consult through the business

• Pivot between different priorities and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. You can expect to work on 6-8 project per day with 5- 10 stakeholders allocated to each project globally

Requirements

• Fluent or Native Swedish

• 2:1 minimum degree

• Coachable, organizational skills to be able to manage a high volume of different project briefs

• Qualitative experience in one or all of phone research, lead generation, telephone interviews, cold calling, business development

• Ability to engage others, be fearless to try new things and excellent written communication skills in given language

• Ability to balance multiple priorities at once, manage time effectively, communicate with internal stakeholders
