We've partnered with a global innovation and strategy business seeking to add an Engagement Manager to the team. The business focuses on defining innovation strategies and developing various products and services to help deliver sustainable growth for their client.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing robust innovation strategies for a diverse range of clients
• Managing the commercial and operational framework for each project
• Managing cross-functional teams - both internally and externally
• Shaping the development of products and businesses

Requirements:

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in an innovation or growth strategy focused role, preferably within a consultancy or in-house corporate team
• Strong presentation skills and a ability to think strategically, commercially and creatively
• Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and senior client relationships

Salary:

• £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus
