Our client is a leading sustainability-focused corporate real-estate firm seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Data & Design Analyst to join their team. This role supports the Global Engineering Support division of a major multinational technology company, focusing on warehouse properties. The primary responsibility is to manage data collection, workflow, and back-office processing to support sustainability initiatives.
You will play a key role in enabling sustainability outcomes by coordinating data and reporting processes across engineering and construction teams. This includes ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs, maintaining audit trails, and applying architectural insights to sustainability decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders for data collection and management
- Oversee workflow of specific requests within stakeholder teams
- Ensure accurate reporting against various programs to manage KPIs related to development, construction, and site identification
- Maintain an audit trail of decisions, processes, and exemptions
- Apply architectural/construction/design understanding to sustainability-related decisions
Requirements:
- Background in architecture, design, or engineering
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on data collection and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Smartsheets
- Experience in project and program management
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in architecture and construction is not necessary but beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with internal tools and processes of large organisations
- Previous experience in a similar role within a global enterprise

- Duration: 6 month Fixed-Term Contract
- Location: Remote, can be USA or UK
- Rate: £80,000 pro-rated, or USD equivalent
