- Design and deliver training sessions that integrate user-centered design with digital workflows, agile methods and data literacy
- Support service leaders to embed digital thinking into service redesign and organisational reform
- Collaborate with transformation teams, IT, data and digital leads to align efforts across the council
- Champion resident-centered, tech-enabled approaches that support strategic priorities and measurable impact
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in service design, digital transformation or public sector innovation
- Proven ability to coach and mentor non-specialist teams in design-led and tech-enabled approaches
- Experience working with or within local authorities or the wider public sector
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Miro, Power BI, low-code platforms (e.g. Power Apps), or agile delivery frameworks
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in complex environments and support change from within
