What you'll be doing:

• Communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
• Managing searches by speaking with both candidates and clients
• Contributing to the widening of diversity within the leadership of many FTSE100 businesses

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience within executive search or similar roles
• Strong academic background and great interpersonal skills
