Maya is a highly driven and meticulous candidate with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research projects. Pursuing a career in Consulting, Maya is currently completing a part-time Masters in International Marketing (which she attends on weekends only) and joined the Freshminds network to work on engaging projects in order to gain valuable experience and build on her consulting skill set.

Commercial Experience

As an Associate Consultant at C Space, Maya worked on over 100 research projects to provide clients with strategic recommendations on areas such as new product development, product portfolio planning and market entry. She also has experience creating visually appealing PowerPoint decks that are used to portray insights and findings to senior stakeholders and clients.

During her time at Reckitt Benckiser and C Space, Maya moderated online consumer panels, ran focus groups with consumers and workshops with industry experts and client stakeholders. She also has experience in designing moderator guides that are used during in-depth interviews with consumers, and she is able to effectively structure questions in a logical manner that addresses the brief and uncovers deep insights.

Maya is currently finishing up a project through Freshminds for an FTSE 100 owner, manager and developer of retail destinations in Europe, working in their insight team to manage their KPI outputs and data sets in order to ensure timely delivery outputs to stakeholders. Maya’s responsibilities include secondary research in order to draw insights from the retail market as a whole, supporting the team with their wider data requirements to help drive strategic insights and direction for the business with support, and displaying findings in graphs and PowerPoint and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

Maya has just received a job offer to join a top consultancy and we are really excited about her next steps.
