Freshminds recently hosted an event in partnership with Kraft Foods which showcased its graduate programme and provided a unique insight into what a career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry offers. Attendees had the chance to speak to graduates at various stages of the Kraft scheme and across different areas of the business. Above all, the event gave our guests a feel for the business culture at Kraft Foods and what graduates can expect from the programme, namely ‘exposure, variety, hard work, pace, experience, effort, exhilaration, rewards and fun’.
