A global management consulting firm is looking for a Sr Consultant/Jr Manager level consultant to lead a workstream building a Transformation Management Office as part of an IT Transformation programme. This is a client facing role but at this point will be fully remote.

The end client is in the TMT space, looking to globalize their IT services. As a Jr Manager, you will be working closely with the client and the consulting firm's teams, and will be asked to lead on workshops, gather and assess criteria for proposed projects as well review the current portfolio of projects against said criteria.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with Managers/Partners from the consulting firm as well as with leadership and Analysts from the client's organization;

Lead Analysts on gathering and analyzing data to inform proposed projects;

Run workshops and sessions with key stakeholders in the business, to assess their understanding of current IT status as well as to inform on future vision of globalized IT services;

Design and deliver such workshops;

Project manage the workstream, liaising with key stakeholders across the teams to ensure project is delivered on budget, within quality standards and in time;

Apply stakeholders' input into variations of proposed projects accordingly;

Skills and profile:

Must have Transformation projects experience at Sr Consultant / Jr Manager level, from a consulting firm;

Ideally, experience in IT Transformation;

Hands on approach with the ability of managing c-suite/senior leadership stakeholders;
