Freshminds is working with a VC-backed start-up in the insurance space.

The business produces research, content and events for clients interested in insurance, from executives at large insurers and consultants in the field to potential investors.

We're working to find a Strategy & Operations Associate who can quickly rise up to a senior leadership position within the business over the next 12-24 months. This role also forms part of a wider programme that allows candidates to explore further roles across the VC fund in years to come.

What we're looking for:

- Outstanding academic background (2.1 or 1st class degree from a top university)

- You will ideally have some experience (perhaps 6 months+) in consulting, investment banking or at a high-growth start-up

- A keen interest in start-ups and venture capital, with ambitions to become an entrepreneur in the future

- You'll be exceptionally ambitious and hard-working
