We've partnered with a Mid-Tier management Consultancy, who is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their Business Change capability and work in a client-facing role.

As a Senior Manager (Business Change) you will:

• Build and lead the Business Change team and drive growth across the business as well as their Business Change capability
• Lead the acquisition and execution of business change projects
• Provide operational leadership to multiple project teams.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team and wider business

Requirements

• Ideally, 8+ years' experience in project management and management consulting
• Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships and managing large scale consulting projects, preferably in business change

• Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 + Bonus
