Senior consultant, Professional Services Firm

A global professional services firm are looking for an experienced senior consultant to join their growing team. The consulting team drive strategic initiatives and change programmes focused on the people side of workforce capability and culture. You will be working in a small team to deliver these projects across a variety of sectors and workstreams.

Requirements:

-          Likely at least 3 years in a consulting or corporate role

-          Ideally you’ll have previous experience working on people-focused strategy projects

-          Strong commercial and financial acumen

-          Minimum of 2:1 at a top university

-          Right to work in the UK without sponsorship (the client is unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship for this role)
