We are working with a healthcare consultancy who are running a pathology transformation project  with three key workstreams. The three workstreams are 1) Pathology Services (outsourced labs services), 2) Laboratory Information Management Systems (IT transformation procuring a single platform to run across all the sites) and 3) Pathology Logistics.

Responsibilities 

• They are looking for a manager to take responsibility for designing the service requirements and appointing providers to run both services. You will be tasked with managing interdependency risks across all three workstreams, ensuring clear lines of communication and accountability, working with key stakeholders and teams, and reporting programme progress whilst ensuring any issues are suitably resolved/escalated.

• Consulting background
• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Healthcare background (desirable)

• Location: Remote (possible 1 day per week in Yorkshire)
