The Opportunity:
This role will sit at the heart of the supply chain operation, ensuring optimal product availability across E-commerce and retail channels. You'll be responsible for keeping production lines running smoothly, maintaining the right stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Product Availability: Ensure stock levels support growth while balancing waste and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Partners: Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure reliability and service excellence.
- Solve Operational Challenges: Identify and resolve root causes of supply issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sourcing, packaging and logistics teams to align planning across the value chain.
- Data-Led Planning: Provide timely reports on stock and coverage, driving planning decisions with robust analysis.
- Champion Best Practices: Share knowledge and continuously seek improvement in supply chain processes.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to cut waste, improve capacity, and reduce costs through strategic planning.
- System Integrity: Ensure planning and financial systems are accurately maintained with correct production data.
Who We're Looking For:
- A highly analytical thinker, ideally with a STEM background (Maths, Engineering, Physics).
- Proven experience in supply chain, production planning or operations roles - ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and ideally familiarity with supply chain or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent forecasting, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of their work.
Perks and Benefits Include:
- Hybrid working (Mon-Tues-Thurs in the office)
- 30 days holiday + bank holidays
- Option to work remotely for 2 weeks a year (summer + Christmas)
