We've partnered with an award-winning, PE backed, Real Estate Developer who are looking for a bright, strategic-minded and driven Growth and Digital Manager to join their Group Strategy and Operations team.

As Growth and Digital Manager, you will report into their Group Operations Director and be involved in:

• Delivery of the strategic planning and special projects generating long term enterprise value for the group
• Supporting with the origination and execution of M&A deals, conducting due diligences, and realising post-merger integration synergies
• Executing the digital strategy and roadmap
• Managing and expanding their digital marketing presence

Requirements

• c.4 years from a leading strategy consulting house
• 2.1 undergraduate degree from a top university
• Project experience in digital strategy, M&A and CDD
• Sound analytical abilities and financial literacy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
