We've partnered with a major global Real Estate business on a search for a Director for their strategic consulting practice. This team helps delivers successful short-term and high impact engagements as well as transformation and change programmes across major global clients. 

As Director, you will be responsible for:

• Performance improvement and programme management across the client’s real estate portfolio to enhance optimisation, reducing risk and/or increasing agility.
• Working with specific accounts, engaging clients and forming impactful relationships.

Requirements:

• Ideally, 5+ years of management consulting, preferably within the real estate practice.
• Strong project management, programme management and/or change management experience
• Robust interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

Details:

• Salary – £80,000-£100,000 Base + Bonus
• Hybrid / flexible working model
