An entrepreneurial and growing specialist people change consultancy is looking for an established Consulting Lead to join their team. You will be commercially minded and be interested in selling new projects to existing clients.

The role will involve coming up with innovative strategies to help blue chip businesses define their change strategy, working with Executive and Leaderships teams to deliver the vision and internally leading and mentoring more junior members to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Ideally, 5+ years' management or strategy consulting experience, with at least 1-2 years in an innovation / growth strategy / culture or people change / transformation role 
• Desire and experience in successful business development
• Excelled senior stakeholder management, ideally at C-suite level

Salary:

• Up to £85,000 + Bonus
