Working closely with clients and other internal teams, you will support the delivery of change management programmes and bring strategic plans to life. Requirements:

• Between 1-2 years' experience in a strategy or management consultancy
• Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management
• Ideally will have experience of delivering workstreams in change management or agile programmes
• At least 2:1 classification at degree level
