Due to increased demand, a global strategy consultancy is looking for commercial due diligence consultants to join the busy team on a number of CDD projects. Key tasks will include analysing data, conducting competitor analysis and financial modelling.

You will join a case team and take responsibility for a particular workstream on the due diligence, reporting into a Partner. 

Responsibilities

• Extensive analysis of data gathered through primary interviews and desk research to draw key insights into company financial performance, market position and share

• In-depth competitor intelligence to draw relevant insight into competitor performance, market share, price points

• Conduct financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance

• Create graphs and charts within PowerPoint to showcase the results from the analysis effectively for senior stakeholders.

Consultant Requirements

• Consulting training from a leading strategy consultancy

• Demonstrable commercial due diligence experience

• Ability to work autonomously
