This individual will play a leading role in the development and trajectory of the business and will be expected to lead on a range of initiatives, from client-facing sales and execution work, to contributing to a high-performing, high-growth culture in the UK.

What we're looking for:

• You'll likely have 6-10 years' professional experience, with a significant portion of these spent within a reputable management consulting firm
• Significant experience and expertise in strategic procurement
• Clear, demonstrable evidence of professional high-performance and progression since graduation
• Exceptional people leadership skills
• Experience in identifying, and ideally winning, new business within a consulting context
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious - excited by the challenge of building a new UK consulting business
